ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2003 after spending 12 years with State Farm corporate and moving back to my hometown to serve the community I care deeply about. Our office has grown to a team of nine, and we pride ourselves on creating a supportive, customer-focused environment where team members are encouraged to grow both personally and professionally.

I’m a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, have been married for over 30 years, and enjoy spending time outdoors, summers at the lake, and winter snow activities with my family. Our office offers a Monday–Friday schedule, PTO, continuing education opportunities, an Aspirant program, team celebrations, snacks and coffee, and flexibility to support outside passions and activities. I’m looking for someone energetic, coachable, tech-savvy, and relationship-driven who wants to be part of a positive team culture focused on helping others.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tim Reed - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
